Mr. Rupesh has broad experience as Assistant Professor and visiting faculty of more than 6 years of progressive professional experiences in design, implementation and supervision of education, training, and research projects in the field of marketing and entrepreneurship at the graduate level. His specific areas of expertise include Consumer Behavior, Marketing Communication, Product and Brand Management, International Marketing Management and Entrepreneurship & Innovation and teach these courses to MBA students at Kathmandu University School of Management. He is also the co-founder of Idea Studio a national level entrepreneurship and innovation development ecosystem in Nepal.

He is passionate about delivering progressive higher education and is working towards bringing innovation to the teaching learning environment in his classrooms. He has recently started a business incubator, KUSOM-Idea Studio at the university to make higher management education practical and entrepreneurial by fostering and encouraging the young generation to contribute through launching Start Ups. He is actively involved in research regarding customer switching behavior in marketing and also in developing an entrepreneurial development model for Nepal. Besides academics and research he is actively involved in bringing about structural changes in higher management education at his university by being involved as the Coordinator of the committee for Restructuring of the Undergraduate Program, that introduced the BBA (Honors) and BBA (Emphasis) and as a member of the committee for the Restructuring of the MBA program. He finished his MPhil and MBA in management from Kathmandu University School of Management and his BSc from University of Nebraska at Kearney. He is also involved with different companies and institution as advisor and a board member.
