Pranay Raj Acharya joined Ncell 15 months back. Prior to Ncell he was at Multinational Company “Ericsson”, Sweden. He did his M. Eng. from Bulgaria on 1987 and in 1988 he went to Sweden for higher education. He joined Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg Sweden, as a research student and worked on European Space Agency project. His responsibility was to design and develop Millimeter wave satellite antenna for European Space Agency. He has around 10 technical publications including in IEEE journals. In 1991 he finished his M. Phil course from Chalmers and in 1992 he completed MBA degree from Gothenburg University. In 1994 he joined Ericsson, Stockholm and worked on various positions for 18 years. During 2005 he went to Pakistan to established Multimedia department within Ericsson and spent 5 years in Pakistan as Director Multimedia. He was in Nepal during 2011 and 2012 to establish Ericsson office in Kathmandu. He decided to come back to Nepal with his family and joined Ncell in Aug 2014 as Director Enterprise.
